PROPOSED STRUCTURE: As part of the public consultation process required by Innovation, Science and Economic Development (ISED) Canada and the Strathcona Regional District (SRD), Rogers is inviting the public to comment on a proposed telecommunications facility consisting of a 53.0-meter tall self-support tower structure and ancillary radio equipment situated on a large 57.32 acre privately-owned property in Oyster River, BC.

Take notice that I, CityWest Connected Coast Network Corporation from Prince Rupert, B.C. , have applied to the Ministry of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development (FLNRORD), for a License of Utilities situated on Provincial Crown land located in the vicinity between Espinosa Inlet to Muchalat Inlet (Gold River) .

TimberWest Forest Corp. hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport, pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act for approval of the work described herein and its site and plans.
