Howard Nielsen hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport, pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act for approval of the work described herein and its site and plans.
Pursuant to paragraph 7(2) of the said Act, Howard Nielsen has deposited with the Minister of Transportation the on-line Navigable Waters Registry (http://cps.canada.ca) and Under registry number 2024-513327 a description of the following work, it’s site and plans:
The nature of the work can be described as follows: A Concrete standing pier commencing at Lat 50°07.406” N heading south west connected via an aluminum ramp to Float A thence south east connected to Float B, thence south west connected to Float C thence north west connected to Float D forming a “U” shaped mooring.
In, on, over, under, through or across the waters of the small bay north west of Plunger Pass on the shores of Sutil Channel.
In front of lot number, A section 36 Cortez Island, Sayward District Plan.
