Police are saying little about a Wednesday morning incident in Willow Point.
Campbell River RCMP, along with firefighters and ambulance paramedics were called out at 7:30 a.m. where they found a woman in distress.
She was taken by ambulance to Campbell River Hospital, but no other details were released.
Witnesses told media the woman apparently attempted suicide by pouring gasoline on her clothing and igniting herself. Her condition is unknown.
