Organizers of the annual Walk for Memories event lead a group of supporters around Campbell River Common on Sunday.
The walk, which takes place at the same time in communities across B.C., is sponsored by Investor’s Group and alternates each year between Courtenay and Campbell River. The walk supports those living with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease and raises money for Alzheimer’s research.
