The Campbell River Mirror is celebrating Campbell River Women in Business with a special, 32-page feature and a mix and mingle that is being held tonight March 19 at the Maritime Heritage Centre.
“I am so happy to be a part of our first annual Women in Business mixer,” said Maria E. Kirley, Campbell River Mirror Sales Consultant. “This is going to be an event to remember; there’s just nothing like meeting in person to share your story or to get some feedback from someone who’s ‘been there, done that.’”
Over 150 of Campbell River’s female business leaders will attend the mingle and hear from the guest speakers that include Audrey Rippingale from She Works She Plays, a mobile clothing and accessory outlet for women in trades, and Breanna Podlasly, a young actress on the Netflix TV Series The 100 and aspiring artist.
