TELUS is investing $1.4 million in Campbell River this year to expand and enhance its wireless and wireline networks, part of the company’s $670 million infrastructure investment across B. C. in 2011. Earlier this month TELUS launched a fundraising campaign to support the Campbell River Rotary Waterpark. For every new Optik TV customer who signs up, TELUS will donate $100 to help build a public waterpark for the community.
