On the evening of Feb. 23 at around 7 p.m., a robbery occurred at a convenience store on Croation Road.
According to Campbell River RCMP, a male entered the business yelling aggressively and charged at the cashier, who fled. The male left on foot taking the cash from the till with him.
He was tracked by a police dog to a nearby location, however the track was lost. Police believe the male may have fled from this location in a vehicle. The suspect male is described as Caucasian male approximately six feet tall, husky build, wearing a red winter jacket, a sports mask, and blue jeans.
