Christmas will come early for at least two Campbell River SPCA supporters.

Two limited edition prints are being raffled off to raise money for the SPCA. The winner of each painting will be drawn on Christmas Eve, Dec. 24.

The prints – All Hands on Deck by Rosemary Milette and Off the Leash by Salt Spring Island artist Robert Bateman – will be rotated between several Campbell River businesses.

The prints will be on display at: Dogwood Pet Mart, Quality Foods, Scotia Bank, Campbell River Pet Centre, Save-On Foods, Thrifty’s, Posh Paws, and MVP Pub and Restaurant.

Raffle tickets are one for $10, three for $20 and are available at Merecroft Veterinary Clinic (which is hosting the raffle), Dogwood Pet Mart, Posh Paws Grooming and Campbell River Pet Centre. There are 1,000 tickets per print available for purchase.

The Veterinary Clinic is also trying to co-ordinate volunteers to sell tickets in alternate locations. Anyone who would like to volunteer to sell raffle tickets can contact Merecroft Veterinary Clinic at 250-287-2007.
