Someone in Nanaimo is a $1-million Lotto 6/49 winner

No one matches all six numbers, so guaranteed $1 million prize awarded

Someone who purchased a lotto ticket in Nanaimo has won a cool $1 million.

Nobody correctly matched all six numbers in Saturday’s $5-million 6/49 draw, so the jackpot carries over. But there is one guaranteed $1 million winner, and according to B.C. Lottery Corp., that ticket was purchased in Nanaimo.

The winning ticket number can be found at this link.

One lotto player in the Prairies and one player in Ontario each matched five numbers correctly.
