Nominate 15 individuals who are shaping the future of Campbell River

Nominations are now open to showcase 15 remarkable individuals who are shaping Campbell River’s future.

“We know Campbell River is full of amazing people 40 years of age and under and now we have the opportunity to profile and celebrate their achievements right here in our own community through a new event that the Chamber is hosting, FUTURE15,” said Colleen Evans, Chamber President & CEO.

The Call for Nominations will officially begin Friday, Jan. 8 and continue through to Jan. 29 to identify individuals in our community who are shaping the future of Campbell River.

“We invite individuals to self-nominate by completing the brief online nomination form and encourage businesses, organizations and not for profits who have remarkable young professional employees or volunteers working with them, to send them the link to complete the nomination form,” Evans said.

A robust social media campaign is planned to encourage nominations on our event partner sites of the Campbell River Mirror and 2DayFM in addition to the Chamber’s sites.

The online nomination form is available at www.campellriverchamber.ca

Nominees will receive thousands of dollars of in kind profile and promotional exposure throughout the lead up to the event and post event.

“This is a great opportunity for nominees to build their community and professional profile,” Chamber Board Chair Corby Lamb said.
