A Flamenco dance troupe from Cortes Island was one of the street performers during this weekend’s River City Arts Fest held downtown. Spirit Square, the Community Centre and St. Ann’s Road were alive with the booths displaying the talents of local artists. It also included the painting of a new community piano by local artist (and Mirror reporter) Mike Davies. See more pictures on page 5.
