Disturbance at Quadra Island ferry terminal

Campbell River RCMP are looking for witnesses to an incident at the Quadra ferry terminal in downtown Campbell River.

On Nov. 12 at approximately 9:30 a.m. police were called to the traffic lights in front of the Quadra ferry terminal to respond to a male swinging a metal bar and damaging the traffic control box. Police attended the scene and although the male had fled they were able to locate him and arrest him for mischief, said Const. Sara Clark, media relations officer for Campbell River RCMP.
