A witness helped Mounties track down a driver who fled an accident scene early Sunday morning.
At 1:42 a.m., RCMP received a report of a driver colliding with a utility trailer parked near the corner of Upland and Wimbleton roads in Oyster River. The driver fled the scene but was spotted by a witnessed who provided police with enough information to track down the driver to a nearby residence on King Road.
A 22-year-old man received several tickets.
