More than 200 members of the BC Government and Employees' Service Union in Campbell River went on a one-day strike on Wednesday.

Picketers hit BC Government Liquor Stores in Mariner Square and Willow Point, as well as the forestry ministry office on Dogwood, the Ministry of Social Services and Housing office, the Ministry of Family services, and the Access Centre on Ironwood.
