Campbell River-area forests to get some needed moisture

Environment Canada says rain will continue today with the wind picking up this afternoon. Rain will this evening and then it will be mainly cloudy with a 30 per cent chance of showers.

Tomorrow will see a mix of sun and cloud before we roll back into a a chance of showers on Thursday.

On the highways, DriveBC says watch for single alternating traffic on Jubilee Parkway as they install new traffic signals at Willow Creek Road. Expect delays as this work will continue from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. until July 31.
