Campbell River RCMP has asked the public for help locating Leah Lewis.
Lewis, 56, is wanted for an un-endorsed warrant for four counts of failing to comply with a release order.
She is described as 5'4", 150 pounds, with brown hair (sometimes dyed blonde) and brown hair.
