Rain forced the Campbell River Volunteer Fair indoors from Spirit Square to the Tidemark Theatre lobby on Saturday but it didn’t dampen the spirits of local groups reaching out to potential volunteers lilke Campbell River Search and Rescue and the Tidemark itself .
