New Festival Gallery at the River City Arts Fest this year

This is a three day event starting at noon on July 22 through to 3 p.m. July 24, 2016 at the Community Centre.

River City Arts Fest is coming up on July 22. New this year is a three day Festival Gallery at the Community Centre.

For the first time ever, Campbell River is hosting international and nationally known Fine Artists to participate in the River City Arts Festival.

In addition to the usual one day festival, whereby the downtown core gets closed , the River City Arts Festival has added a new feature this year,  The Festival Gallery.

This is a three day event starting at noon on July 22 through to 3 p.m. July 24, 2016.

Some of Vancouver Islands finest artists will be displaying and selling their art.

The Festival Gallery, which will be in the Community Centre features many artists that are worth seeing.

Participants from the originals only group are coming from as far away as Qualicam.

B.C.’s very own Casey Anderson will be attending from Nanaimo and his twin brother (also an artist) from Calgary, Alta. will be joining him.

Members of The Art Alchemy group in the Comox Valley are also participating. A few of these artists are distinguished invited guests to The Toronto Art Show, one of Canada’s largest Art Exhibitions.

Their group also includes European artists who have moved to Canada,  but have retained their European flair, continuing to attract art enthusiasts and buyers from throughout Europe.

Last but not least, with their own followings and not to understated we have some of own local talented artists participating.

This is a well Represented and Diversified Art Exhibition for Campbell Riverites to attend.

For those who appreciate and collect fine art there will be something for everyone.
