Bring some light and joy into your seasonal celebrations by joining the Campbell River Children’s Choir for their concert, Light a Candle to be held on Dec. 15-16 at St. Peter’s Anglican Church.
The concert will have a wide selection of music including traditional seasonal favorites Winter Wonderland, The Virgin Mary had a Baby Boy and a version of Frosty the Snowman we guarantee will be unlike any other.
The choir will also sing music from Australia, Africa, the Caribbean and a barn burning gospel piece.
The Campbell River Children’s choir has presented concerts in our community for over 20 years and during that time the public has been treated to many talented local performers. One of our recent choir grads,
Andi-Lyn Krieger was chosen by CBC radio’s the Vinyl Cafe to be featured in their Victoria Christmas Special and the choir itself has performed across North America, in Cuba and in Great Britain.
Tickets are available for $15 at the Music Plant.
Concert times are Saturday, Dec. 15 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 16 at 3 p.m.
