Not Another Piano Recital is returning to the Campbell River United Church again this year.
The lineup is diverse, and concert goers will be pleased to enjoy many different styles of music on various instruments.
The String Beans, under the direction of Christine Doknjas, will be performing on strings; Raincoast Creative Performing Arts has prepared group and solo musical theater numbers; and Julie Matsuzawa and Towa Stuart will be playing the piano. Soprano Bjaankka Lenz will be performing, and singer/songwriter Nigel Nikolaisen also return.
This concert is sponsored by the Campbell River Friends of Music as a fundraiser for students who wish to study in musical programs during the summer.
The concert will take place at the Campbell River United Church, 415 Pinecrest Road, Sunday, March 22, at 2:30 p.m. Admission is by donation.
