Campbell River Children's Choir will recreate the concert they performed at Carnegie Hall.

It's like Carnegie Hall but without the travel to New York City.

The Campbell River Children’s Choir invites the public to their spring concert One Song at a Time  to be held at St. Patrick’s  Catholic Church  on Saturday, May 12,  at 8 p.m.

This is a chance to hear the choir sing some of the music from their performance at Carnegie Hall which took place just two weeks ago.  Thirty members of the Campbell River choir represented the community and country in a gala concert with choirs from Brazil and the United States. The singers learned much from their conductor and from the other singers they worked with during the festival performance and now they are ready to share with their community here in Campbell River.

As well as the Campbell“River” choir, members of Zephyr and Echo choirs will also perform music that is geared for a spring celebration. Tickets are available at The Music Plant for $13. Seating is limited.

The choir is also looking for new members aged 8-18 for our next season. Call Joanna at 250-202-7464  for information, or visit the choir website at www.crchildrenschoir.ca.
