The Altrusa Club of Campbell River is once again presenting its annual sing along movie event, and the club is delighted to announce its return to the wonderful Tidemark Theatre!
This year the Altrusa Club will be showing one of the greatest musicals of all time, The Wizard of Oz, on Feb. 27, 2016.
Tickets are STILL only $20 (plus tax and applicable fees) and are now available at the theatre box office or online at www.tidemarktheatre.com (Note the change in date to the new year).
Mark your calendars and get ready for an enchanting evening of music and fun with Dorothy, Toto, the Scarecrow, the Tin Man and the Cowardly Lion...not to mention the Wicked Witch of the East and the Wizard himself. Costumes are encouraged, but not mandatory, and there will be fabulous prizes.
It will be an evening of sing along fun, featuring such tunes as Somewhere Over The Rainbow and We’re Off To See The Wizard.
This event is a fundraiser. The Altrusa Club supports over 20 local community groups and organizations.
So tap your ruby slippers together and plan on following the “Yellow Brick Road” back home to the Tidemark this February!
