Mountainaire Avian Rescue Society (MARS) will hold its AGM at the BIG Yellow Merville Hall on Fenwick Rd just off the old island highway 19A on Saturday May 30th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Presentations and reports from the directors, staff and committees will be presented.
Refreshments will be served and the opportunity to meet one or two of MARS Ambassador Birds. Following will be a walking tour of the NEW MARS property located at 7350 Island Highway N.
There is access available from Williams Beach Road. Do not park on the highway. Carpool if possible from the Merville Hall. Wear good walking shoes and appropriate clothing, as there are no facilities on site.
All MARS Members, friends of MARS are welcome to attend. Help them build a new wildlife hospital for the North Island. www.wingtips.org
