Campbell River Toastmasters will host an open house with guest speaker/actor Reg Boaler on Sept. 5.
For the past three years Boaler, from Richmond, has placed in the top 10 at the provincial level of the Toastmasters International Speech Contest. He will give a speech entitled, “I Wouldn’t Have Missed It For the World.” Following this, Boaler will explain the process used in writing and delivering his speech.
The meeting takes place in Room 1 of the Community Centre at 7 p.m. and is free to the public.
