Rivercity Inclusion gets Eagles support for Dogwood Place children's centre

Funds will go to the organization's Child and Youth Development Centre at Dogwood Place

Rivercity Inclusion, a non-profit organization advocating for services for people with special needs and their families, has received a grant of $4,000.

The grant comes from the Fraternal Order of the Eagles - Campbell River #3097 Ladies Auxiliary. The $4,000 is for Rivercity Inclusion's Child and Youth Development Centre at Dogwood Place.

"The motto for Rivercity is 'Helping People Help Themselves. The Eagles' motto is 'People Helping People.' It is a natural fit for the Eagles to support Dogwood Place Children's Place," says Catherine McKenzie, a member of the Ladies Auxiliary.
