Organic gardening workshop in Black Creek

Learn about the different soils, vegetables, sunlight and how to build the fertility in your garden

Does starting an organic food garden sound overwhelming?

Don’t let it be.

Join local Agrologist and farmer, Arzeena Hamir, for a discussion on how to assess your area for the optimum growth. Learn about the different soils, vegetables, sunlight and how to build the fertility in your garden. Space saving techniques, natural pest control and finding inexpensive resources in the area will also be discussed.  The workshop will be held Saturday, March 2 from 10 a.m. – noon at the Black Creek Community Centre: $20 per person.
