Workshops are open to everyone and will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Robron Centre Library, 740 Robron Road, Campbell River.

Participants will learn about different types of credit, strategies to manage debt, setting savings goals and increasing their financial literacy.

Seating is limited to 15 and pre-registration is required. A workshop guide and lunch is also included.

The workshops will be based on modules developed by the Canadian Centre for Financial Literacy, which is dedicated to supporting financial literacy education for individuals and organizations across Canada.

Program information and resources are also available in 13 different languages on their website: www.theccfla.ca.

Partial funding has also been provided by Credit Canada Debt Solutions.
