Sandra Allen, financial consultant with Investors Group handed over a cheque for $2,000 to Tara Jordan, John Howard KidStart coordinator.
Allen donated $1,000 to John Howard KidStart, and Investors Group matched her donation with an additional $1,000. John Howard KidStart screens and trains caring mentors age 19 and over to spend three hours a week with children and youth ages 6 to 18.
