Campbell River RCMP Insp. Jeff Preston adds the personal touch to the Canada Day festivities in Robert Ostler Park by wandering around the park and handing out Canada Day cupcakes in red serge after the parade and prior to the Quality Foods Festival of Lights fireworks.
