Junior motocross riders Lyler Smith, Ashton McCay, Mason Northey, Brody Laderout and Maxtin Northey were on hand to show their appreciation to Area D regional director Brenda Leigh (back row, left) who provided $2,000 in Strathcona Regional District funding to Campbell River Motocross treasurer Jenessa Kriwokon. The money is being used for improvements to the motorcross facility on Highway 28 like the sprinkler system in the background and other projects.
