Girl Guides of Canada, along with Scouts Canada, celebrate February 22, Thinking Day, by honouring the founders of their organizations, Lord and Lady Baden-Powell, who shared this day as their birthday.
The World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts, join together in learning about girls in the 145 member countries worldwide and in providing service in their local communities and around the world.
Approximately 150 Campbell River District Sparks, Brownies, Guides, Pathfinders and Guiders will be gathering on Thursday, Feb. 21 to learn about Cote d’Ivoire.
