The well-known guest speakers Rev. Dr. Kenn and Rev. Dr. Deborah Gordon, singer-songwriters and innovative guitarist, Erika Luckett and vocalist Lisa Ferraro, join together to bless the new permanent location for the Centre for Spiritual Living this Friday.

The event runs from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at 516 South Dogwood St., and includes a social, potluck dessert and appetizers to follow.

Gordon, author of “Mind & Manifestation”, spoke at the Parliament of World Religions in Melbourne, Australia, along with the Dalai Lama and former U.S. President Jimmy Carter. As Spiritual Leader of The Centres for Spiritual Living, and co-pastor for their hometown Centre for Spiritual Living, Kelowna, it is Kenn and Gordon’s goal to help awaken humanity in order to create a world that works for everyone.

Award winning singer-songwriters and innovative guitarist, Luckett and vocalist Ferraro will rock the house.

There’s a time when distinctions between categories fade and what matters is whether music stirs the deepest part of our being. Ferraro and Luckett’s music reaches into the heart and wakes us to what is most extraordinary within.

Each artist possesses remarkable skills, and together a synergy emerges that moves beyond the sum of two voices and one guitar.

Call it “Sonic Nourishment” or “New Music for a New Millennium” it’s simply extraordinary music for extraordinary times. Amy Bishop from Calgary, will join Luckett and Ferraro to bring food for your soul.
