Campbell River Pizza Hut is partnering with the Campbell River Hospital Foundation to support quality healthcare close to home.

Pizza Hut is donating 10 per cent of each and every dollar until May 7. Franchise owner Kabir Mahal pioneered this initiative because seeing this money used locally is important to him.

He says: “Our community has a huge demand for healthcare but there is a gap in funds available. A happy healthy population is the core necessity and basic right of any community. As a local business, we are doing whatever we can to help.”

The Hospital Foundation team is thrilled with the generosity. Event & Communications Director Carly Pisterzi says, “The support of our community never ceases to amaze us. From businesses like Pizza Hut, to all those chipping in for causes throughout the year, we are very grateful.”

Funds raised will be used by the foundation to purchase lifesaving hospital equipment. If you’d like to contribute and enjoy some delicious pizza while you are at it you can order by phone at 250-914-4777, online at pizzahut.ca or on their mobile app.
