The Campbell River Community Foundation announced the recipients of its 2025 Community Grants program on April 5.
This year, the foundation distributed $80k to fund several initiatives supporting children and youth, seniors, housing, mental health, environment, education, arts and culture, and more. For a complete list of projects funded, visit crfoundation.ca.
The Campbell River Community Foundation’s Community Grants program is made possible through the generosity of individuals, families, and businesses who have established endowment funds with the Foundation. Donations are invested in the endowment fund, and the income generated from these funds is reinvested back into the community through initiatives like these grants.
"We extend our sincere gratitude to our donors whose vision and generosity make these vital grants possible. Their commitment to building a stronger Campbell River is truly inspiring. We are grateful to the organizations completing the work with this funding in our community, as well," said Michaela Arruda, executive director.
