The Rotary Book Sale at the Community Centre was a big success with $9,800 being raised for Rotary’s charity efforts.
About half of the books donated were sold, so there are plans for another book sale in the spring. After the sale, School District 72 librarians were given free rein to go through the remainders, meaning 400 books made their way into school libraries.
