Avalon Wasteneys flies down the hill in the fiercely competitive nordic team sprints on Mount Washington last Sunday.  The Strathcona Nordics hosted the Coastal Cup #3 and #4 races last weekend, and now look forward to racing in the BC Championships in Salmon Arm next weekend.  - Submitted
