It is with great sadness that the family of Violet (Vi) Latimer announce her passing.
Predeceased by her daughter Norma Evensen and son-in-law Terry Dilworth. She will be lovingly remembered by her brother Al Sloan, sister-in-law Betty Sloan, son-in-law Len Evensen, children Doreen (Bruce) Anderson, Linda Dilworth, Wally Latimer (Marva), grandchildren who lovingly remembered her as "Avon Granny"; David, Brian, Diane, Corla, Rick, Leanne, Lindsay, Trevor; great-grandchilren Jaymes, Mackenzie, Alysa, Hailey, Holly, Mitchell, Devon, Cameron, Adalyn and Nixon, and all her family and friends, especially at Ironwood Place.
Mom loved playing Bingo, cards and spending time with her family and friends. She lived life to the fullest.
We would like to thank Dr. Carswell, Dr. Sutherland and the nurses at Campbell River Hospital
Our family chain is broken,
and nothing seems the same;
but as God calls us one-by-one,
the chain will link again.
