June 12, 1952 – June 22, 2009
On the evening of June 22, Tom passed away peacefully in his home after fighting a four year battle against ALS. Tom will be missed tremendously by his family and friends but his love of cars, music, and travel will not be easily forgotten by those who knew him best.
Tom is survived by his wife Blanche, son Dusty (Tracey); parents Tom & Irene Hamilton of Campbell River; brother John Hamilton (Norma) of Victoria; sister Terry Chamberlain and niece Jayzee MacPhail of California; stepchildren Dan (Diane), Alana (John), Shandora (Eric); granddaughters Hayley, Tonya, Alyssa & Sophia as well as aunts, uncles and cousins.
Please join us in a Celebration of Tom's Life, Saturday, July 4, 2009 at 1:00 pm at Yates Funeral Chapel. The Celebration of Tom's Life will continue at 706 Garrett Road, Qualicum Beach.
