Thelma Irene Dutfield passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Comox on August 22, 2008 at the celebrated age of 100 years.
Lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her daughter Heather Dalziel (Dennis) of Courtenay, BC; step daughter Linda Marcoux (Neil) of Nanoose Bay, BC; 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 4 great - great grandchildren, 2 nieces, great nieces and nephews and great - great niece and nephew.
Predeceased by her two loving husbands: William (Bill) Auchinvole in 1958 and George Dutfield in 1990 and by her daughter, Margot in 1987.
A “Time of Remembrance” for family and friends will be held on Saturday, August 30, 2008 in the garden of her daughter and son-in-law at 225 Fitzgerald Ave., Courtenay, BC from 2:00pm until 4:30pm.
