Terry passed peacefully at home after a courageous battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his loving wife Kathy of 28 years and his two sons Ryan (Larissa) and Graeme (Miranda) of whom he was very proud.
He is predeceased by his father Bob, Uncles Bill and Tom, Aunt Shirley and grandparents, Sister-in-law Juanita and Mother-in-law Helen.
He is survived by his mom Bette, brother Ken (Brenda) in-laws Maxine (Herb), Brian (Joan), Serina (Ross), Jennifer (Gene), Shon (Marg), Laurena (Dan) and lots of Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Terry was born in Nanaimo and moved to Quadra Island at the ripe old age of 11 days and remained ever since. He worked in the commercial fising industry for many years. Some of his fondest memories were on the Zoey (his gillnetter). He was an avid sports fisherman and hunter. Always competing with his boys. He’d call them up and say into the phone, “BBD” (Big Buck Down) or “I finally caught Walter today” (the biggest fish). He is loved so much and will be sadly missed by all his friends and family.

Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date at his favourite spot around his firepit.
