Robert Gordon Baskin
August 13, 1932 - September 25, 2017
It is with heavy hearts that we, the family of Bob Baskin, announce his passing on September 25th, 2017.
Bob was an exceptional man, loving Husband, Father, Father-in-law, Grandpa, Great Grandpa, Brother, Uncle, and cherished Friend to many.
Bob was born in Church Bridge, Saskatchewan in 1932.
He moved to Campbell River in 1952 where he met the love of his life, Betty. They were married in 1954 and recently celebrated their 63rd anniversary.
Shortly after they married, they welcomed their first son Rob (predeceased in 1992), followed by Murray, Todd and their daughter Michele.
Bob had many interests and hobbies but nothing was more important to him than being surrounded by his family and friends.
His passion and love for his family grew as it expanded to include 11 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.
He has touched so many lives with his quick wit and cheeky smile.
He will always be remembered and missed by all who were lucky enough to know him.
