Robert (Bob) John Soderman
June 6, 1936 – February 7, 2009
Bob passed away suddenly at home on February 7, 2009.
Bob worked in the forest industry for over 40 years in
various positions. He had a great love of the outdoors and
especially enjoyed camping and fishing with Helen, his
family, and many friends. Bob’s family also included his
many Labrador retrievers whose companionship was a source of
pride and enjoyment over the years.
Bob is survived by Helen, his loving wife of 52 years,
daughter Debra, sons Herbert and Lorne (Michelle),
grandchildren Kelsey, Corrie, Morgan, Garrett, Cassie,
Kayla,
and Brock, great grandchildren, Keeghan and Shelby. Bob
is also survived by his sisters Edith (George), June, Grace
(Clarence) and his brother Bill (Pat). He was predeceased
by his parents Albert and Violet and brother Herbert. He
also leaves behind his loyal companion Abby.
Bob will now forever reside in our memories.
