Loranger – Rene, of Gold River, passed away suddenly on Thursday, December 3, 2009. He is survived by his wife Bonnie “Pumpkin”; son Jim Loranger (Nancy); daughter Karen
Loranger; step daughters Dawn Clarke (Frank), Terry Hull (Ralph) and Robyn Hull (Dallas); grandchildren Joey, Danny, Tony, Aaron, Garrett, Lara, Jordan, Maranda, Shelby, Tyrel, Brianna, Ashley, Raegan and Austin; and his pets Tessie, Missy and Fat Cat; and his sister Fleur-ange. Rene was predeased by his brothers Edgar and John. In his leisure, he enjoyed card games, mushroom picking, cooking for friends, knitting, spending time with his family and in particular taking care of his “Pumpkin”.
A gathering of family and friends in celebration of his life will take place on Saturday, December 12th, 2pm at the Ladies’ Auxiliary Hall, Gold River. For those who wish, donations in Rene’s memory to a charity of choice would be appreciated.
