Peter
of Campbell River passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 12, 2002, aged 87 at Yucalta Lodge. Predeceased by his wife Julia, his parents and by eleven siblings; Peter is survived by his son Garnet (Diane) Smysnuck of Campbell River and by his daughter Lorraine Eyre of Regina, Sask.; his grandchildren Chris, Shelley and Dean (Kathy) and great grandchildren Lindsay and Andrew. Also survived by his sister Rosie in Nipawin, Sask.
Peter retired in Campbell River in 1977. He enjoyed all outdoor activities and time spent with his family. Special thanks to Dr. Duncan Douglas and to the staff of Yucalta Lodge for their kindness, care and dedication.
