We are sad to announce the passing of a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, auntie, daughter, and friend. Patsy's Faith helped her wage her courageous battle with cancer and gave us all a greater appreciation for the little things in life. Pat was raised on Mt. Woodside near Agassiz, B.C. and moved to Campbell River in 1973 with her husband Brian and their son Billy. She worked very hard all of her life, most recently with Uplands Excavating. The well being of family and friends was always Pat’s number one concern.
Pat is predeceased by her brother James Mailloux, grandmother Eva Flanders, and father William Mailloux. She is survived by her mother Audrey Mailloux, husband Brian, sons James (Aimee) and Billy (Debbie), sisters Shelly Southern (David), Joyce Graham and Marilyn Kroll (Art), her brothers Raymond (Andrea), Ronald, Richard, and Bob Mailloux, as well as many wonderful grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and friends.
Funeral service will take place Thursday, June 28th, at 1:00PM at Ocean Crest Community Church (Salvation Army), 291 McLean, Campbell River. Pat wished that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to either the Salvation Army or Ovarian Cancer Research.
