August 13th 1932 – October 4th 2010
It is with great sadness we announce that Mom lost her battle with cancer on Monday October 4th 2010.
Pre-deceased by her Parents Rose and Andrew Harry; many siblings and our Father; William (Bill) Harold Barker (Nov 11/1980).
Nancy is survived by her four (4) children daughters Debbie (Edgar) Hanuse; Shelly (Norm) Morton; sons Keith and Dale (Tracy), six (6) grandchildren Tammy Durrand; Norm Morton Jr. (Stephanie) Trina (Dwayne) Laking; Hayley Barker; William and Emily Barker, seven (7) great grandchildren. Nancy is also survived by her sisters Clara Haslett of Coleman, AB; and sister Alice Shutek of Castlegar, BC.
A Celebration of Mom’s life will take place at the Eagles Hall, 1999-14th Avenue, Campbell River from 1.00p.m.- 3.00p.m. on Saturday October 9th 2010. If friends so desire Donations in her honor can be made to a charity of your choice.
