Lauri Johnson-Unternahrer, 89, nee Tuuri, passed away peacefully in the arms of her family in Thunder Bay, ON. on June 5, 2008. She spent 30 years in Campbell River, BC, returning to Thunder Bay in l993 to be with family. She worked in the catering industry and loved her island community. Predeceased by husbands, Nels Johnson and Charles Unternahrer. Survived by daughter Lorraine Wilson (Harold), 4 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
