It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our mother. After a brief illness Mom passed away at the CR Hospital on August 12, 2016.

Predeceased by her husband Clifford Stanley Clark, October 9, 1995.

Survived by her six children and many grandchildren and great grandchildren, as well as her sister Peggy Anderson and many nieces and nephews.

Born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Mom married the love of her life at the age of 21 in Vancouver and went on to have and raise six children, Stan (Rose), Fred, Kathy (Ray), Shirley (Todd), Tom (Deana) and Dan (Lily). Mom and Dad moved around BC and Alberta quite a bit in the early years of marriage before finally settling in Campbell River in the early 90’s. Mom held numerous jobs throughout her career from managing restaurants, bars, a mobile home park, a ranch and owning their own store and café in Carmangay, Alberta. She took great joy in being around her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mom was a very sharp card player and loved playing cards right to the end. She spent the last couple of years living at Ironwood Place which she loved. We would like to thank everyone there for all the friendship, care and support.

There will be a celebration of life for family and friends September 24th, at 2 pm at 632 Old Petersen Rd., Campbell River.
