Mary Graham passed away on Friday, Nov. 30th.
She was predeceased by her Grandson John Melnechenko & her loving husband, John Graham.
She is survived by her loving family; 3 daughters, Barbara (Dave) Blum, Judi (Jim) Spiers and Carol (Allan) McLean and son Keith (Jackie) Graham, 10 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren & her brother Jack Gray in Winnipeg.
Mary was born in Winnipeg and was a prairie girl when she met the love of her life, John during World War II. After the war, they moved to Vancouver to raise 2 daughters & have John go thru UBC. In 1952 they moved to Ocean Falls where 2 more children were born. Mary was a busy Mother and active with the United Church Women's Auxilliary. In 1961 they moved to Richmond where Mary was happy to be a city girl again. In 1967 they moved to Campbell River where Mary enoyed gardening & took up golfing. Once John retired they took many golf trips & had a good time on re-positioning cruises. They had a wonderful life together & are once again arm in arm.
Service for Mary will be at Sutton's Chapel on Friday December 7th at 11a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to SPCA, Campbell River or your favourite charity.
