Margery Porter
July 1, 1939 - June 29, 2008
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dearly beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
Marge passed away quietly Sunday morning, June 29th in Kitimat Hospital, where she spent her last few weeks of life, to spend time with her daughter, and grandchildren.
Marge leaves behind to mourn- her husband of 50 years, Sheldon Porter, son Tim Porter (Twyla); Daughters: Carol Schultie (Leigh); Sandra Enns (Rob); Kim Porter (Moe). Predeceased by her oldest daughter Deborah Babcock.
Margery will be sadly missed by grandchildren: Skyler, Ashley, Cory, Billy, Jamie, Cody, Magen, Heather, Robin, Chris, Robert, Patricia and Pamela. Also by great grandchildren: Nicholas, Brandon, Taylor, Nathan, Braydon, Zachary, Tristian, Taylor, and Autum.
Also left behind to mourn her passing are sister Lucy Poireir, and brother Dave Gauthier.
The Funeral will be held Saturday July 26th at the Salvation Army Church, 291 McLean St., Campbell River.
